AVST is sad to hear the news this morning that Cyrille Regis has died. Cyrille was a true gentleman and a Midlands football legend. A prolific player, having made 614 league appearances and scored 158 league goals – 12 in 52 between 1991 and 1993 for Villa. A pioneer in British football, best remembered as one of the “Three Degrees” who changed football forever in the 1970s. He was hugely respected by everyone in the game. Missing Season Cards

AVST has been contacted by a number of members concerned that they are still to receive season cards and in respect of the difficulties on contacting the Ticket Office to obtain individual match tickets. We have been in touch with the club on a number of occasions over last couple of weeks in this regard and have been promised an imminent announcement on the Aston Villa website about what to do in the event of your season card not arriving in time for Saturday’s game…

Ticket Office

TICKET OFFICE CLOSED

As we shared last week following the FCG meeting the club is migrating to a new ticketing software system. This will now be hosted by Top Tix. The transition will involve temporary closure of the Ticket Office – online, on the phone and in person from 5pm today. Supporters will not be able to purchase tickets for matches, stadium tours, soccer schools or season tickets until week commencing Monday July 10th. We trust that the new vendor will provide an improved experience for supporters.
