Membership now open

Membership to AVST is now open with added improvements! Over the past year, we have been impacted by our membership emails not being received by a large proportion of our membership, especially those on hotmail or live domains. Our old system tool was showing the emails as sent. A letter with our proposals has been sent to Steve Hollis, Chairman, and expands upon our initial verbal input provided to Tom Fox, former CEO, and Lee Preece, Supporter Liaison Officer, in February.  A copy of the full letter is available below. The principles of the proposed policy are to maximise match day attendees and ensuring that we have passionate…

Comment on Fox and Football Board

AVST acknowledges the logic behind Thursday’s statement from the Club in respect of the resignation of Tom Fox. Ultimately, his key appointments have not worked out and all Chief Executives stand and fall based on the results on the pitch, as well as the decisions they make off it. Unfortunately, Villa’s (under Tom’s guidance) have not been good enough. We would though like to thank Tom for his willingness to engage with the AVST on matters that are key to our supporters. We wish him…
