Club Crest – To Change Or Not To Change?

The current Villa badge was introduced during Randy Lerner’s tenure as owner of the club. Is it an appropriate crest for the club moving forward under a new (and hopefully more successful) regime? Should it be changed as part of the total overhaul of a club that was fading fast under the old ownership? If so, should we revert back to the old round style of badge that adorned the shirts of League and European Cup winning heroes? AVST Join Parliamentary Debate on Empowering Fans and Football Governance

At the start of July the AVST was invited  along with other club supporters trusts and groups to meet the Shadow Minister for Sport, Clive Efford MP at Parliament. Essentially it was a brainstorming session to access the changes needed to help increase supporter involvement in the governance of their clubs and to safeguard supporter interests in the club.
