Last night we enjoyed a really productive and informative AGM.
Initially, we had a Q&A session with Keith Wyness and Steve Round. This provided a fascinating insight into what is happening at Villa Park and Bodymoor Heath in particular. Full minutes of the AGM will be posted separately.
When that and the formalities of the AGM were complete, we were treated to a fantastic hour of Q&As with two Aston Villa legends from two different eras. They played in two of our most successful and enjoyable teams in the history of the club.
Both Peter Withe and Shaun Teale were funny, candid and detailed in all their answers to all questions thrown at them including why and when they decided to ditch their famous facial hair!
We intend to ask patrons of the Trust to attend future events, so if you didn’t make it last night, don’t miss out in the future, as nights like these, are not to be missed, as a Villa fan.
