      • JT, Revised rules from AGM (including 2 year rule), administration updates including FSA and banking form – new signatories

      • Heritage walks in Handsworth/Lozells now include AV links
    • Membership recruitment
      • Poster(s) in prominent places with QR code advertising the Trust

      • Address our age profile and strategy to attract a younger audience
