The Aston Villa Supporters Trust welcomes the appointment of David Bernstein as a Director of our club. He obviously brings a wealth of football experience and contacts at the highest level.
His appointment and that of Brian Little as an advisor to the Board goes a long way to responding to our request for more football experience at board level in an endeavour to begin the turn round in our fortunes.
We hope that these appointments will quickly be followed by an unequivocal statement by Randy Lerner as to his future commitment to Aston Villa.
