Minutes from the Trust Board meeting held virtually on 7th September 2021.
Present: Peter Warrilow (PW), Mo Razzaq (MR), John Taylor (JT), Stuart Paul (SP), Stephen Morley (SM)

ClubCollect Membership System – MR now has full access to the Admin part so can access members details etc. Still an issue with invoicing – which is needed to process new members and renewals. Most of the issues due to items not being handed over by previous incumbent. MR/PW will continue to chase for answers/resolutions.
Community involvement and progress – SM, an order in for smaller sizes (9-11) as aim to target younger age groups. Need to approach local groups.
Membership and recruitment – No progress on this issue
New Directors / volunteers – Vacant positions of Membership, Media and Community. No progress on this issue.

Crypto Currency/ Gambling companies – Consensus that we do not want gambling adverts on our shirts. MR networking with “Big Step”, an initiative to restrict the promotion of gambling. MR will keep the club informed of our view.
COVID Passport – Chelsea have measures in place with game coming up and Club’s announcement. Compliance expected from Oct 1st.
